Suresh

Suresh was born on June 9, 1998 in Bangalore (India), where he spent his early years with his parents. At the age of eight he was adopted by the Prandi family and moved to Campogalliano, a small town in the province of Modena, where he still lives. He regularly attended elementary, middle and high school, graduating from the Istituto professionale di Correggio (Reggio Emilia) in “Services for Agriculture and Rural Development”. Shy and quiet, he speaks in a low tone of voice. Thanks to his idol, Cristiano Ronaldo, Suresh first became passionate about football and then gymnastics, developing a real cult for the body, around which all his days now revolve.
In 2018 he began his placement into the day center of the Nazareno cooperative in Carpi (an association for the reception, care and rehabilitation of people with disabilities), where he began to express himself through drawing. Noticing his natural talent and the benefits he derives from it in terms of relationships and personal well-being, in 2024 it was decided to permanently include him in the Manolibera painting atelier.
His favorite subjects are his workmates, or famous people, points of reference for him. Other times, he himself becomes the subject of the works, inspired by selfies he has on his phone. On the back of his work the artist always writes a text, organized in vertical columns, where he collects the technical data of the work and personal reflections, often dwelling on his state of mind and on those emotions that he struggles to express verbally.
